The Newly Recruited Technical Officers (TOs) Induction Training Programme (10 Days) is designed to provide newly appointed Technical Officers of the Northern Provincial Council with the essential knowledge, skills, and professional competencies required to perform their duties effectively in the public service. The programme introduces participants to government procedures, administrative systems, workplace ethics, communication skills, office practices, and the roles and responsibilities of Technical Officers. It also enhances teamwork, professionalism, and confidence, enabling participants to contribute efficiently to quality public service delivery.
